With decades of experience and a phenomenal reputation in the Monarch/Laguna Beach real estate markets and beyond, John Veytia and his team of three agents bring decades of market expertise to Douglas Elliman. The Veytia group's office, located at the entrance of Three Arch Bay where the upscale towns of Laguna Beach, Monarch Beach and Laguna Niguel all come together, will mark Douglas Elliman's 21st office in California.
Led by Veytia, the skilled team includes Linda Carter, Alwin Morgenstern and Mark Carey, who together specialize in luxury real estate and deploying a unique strategy by combining grassroots techniques with the latest innovations in digital media.
"I have worked with several Elliman agents in the past and it was always evident how well trained and professional they were, and I wanted to be part of such a winning team," said Veytia. "No other brokerage offers the support, reach and ability to grow my brand within the larger brand like Douglas Elliman does."
"John has been a mentor to many Douglas Elliman agents who now have thriving careers," said Peter Hernandez, president of brokerage for Douglas Elliman California. "It is a privilege to have him and his team's insight and multidisciplinary practice in real estate part of our organization."
Veytia has always stayed ahead of the curve in California real estate, starting the first agent team concept in 1984. He has taught real estate law for six years helping agents to become licensed and guiding his students to become the best professionals in the business. In 2014, the Senate of the State of California recognized John with a resolution for his outstanding, 50 years of service to the community and to his clients. John is current president of the Rotary Club of Laguna Niguel and is heavily involved in charitable community activities.
